Wraps PutListAttributeModel to be used in Velocity. For the list of parameters, see PutListAttributeModel#start(java.util.Stack, String, boolean) AND PutListAttributeModel#end(org.apache.tiles.TilesContainer, java.util.Stack, String, boolean, Object...).
